I found a floating egg in one of the race tracks! What is it?

When you're driving around the levels in Beach Buggy Racing you may sometimes discover an Easter Egg!  There is one Egg on each level.  If you collect 1 you get an Achievement, and if you collect 10 you get an even better Achievement!  They're just for fun.
